the deeper story behind my work
the path
my work lives at the meeting place between spirit and waking life.
for twenty-five years, it’s been my joy and honor to walk with more than 5,800 women through private sessions, classes, circles, retreats, ceremony, meaningful endings, new beginnings, healing, discovery, and change.
over the years, I’ve offered several thousand one-to-one healing sessions and hosted hundreds of shamanic practice circles, reiki shares, healing clinics, and women’s circles, alongside special retreats for healers, long-form immersions, and ceremonies out on the land.
these days, much of my work happens remotely, allowing me to serve a beautiful global network of wondrous women.
in early days, I trained more than 650 reiki students in small circles and taught more than 150 advanced shamanic students through long year-and-a-half immersions. I created seven annual reiki retreats, founded an ongoing healing clinic, welcomed multiple years of trunk shows offering evolutionary spiritual tools, and hosted shamans from australia and siberia, indigenous elders, and global reiki, astrology, and ancestral-healing teachers.
I’ve been blessed to hold space for so many astounding humans from every walk of life – in art galleries, tiny healing studios, and on sacred mountaintops.
my work has also included volunteer reiki with horses, teaching energy healing to unhoused youth, offering healing sessions for organizations including wix and rainforest action network, and lecturing at global healing symposia.
along the way, I’ve created more than twenty original programs and long-form courses. particular favorites include group hug, created on the first day of pandemic lockdown; the goddess & me, a nine-month immersion; the good witches, a year-long journey; aphrodite’s day, a women’s retreat; mentoring & the moon, lunar teachings; the inner circle, a women’s circle; sacred stones, a reiki and crystal intensive; space holding 101 for budding healers; and, most recently, the very special endings & beginnings threshold circle.
some were grand adventures. some were intimate circles, and some arrived almost whole from the mystery and asked me to follow. all of them became part of the long, strange, beautiful path here.
the journey has been strong, and sweet.
training & lineage
my practice has grown through decades of study, teaching, direct experience, mentorship, initiation, ceremony, and relationship with the unseen.
I’ve received forty-six initiations with indigenous elders, twenty distinct reiki attunements, and completed multiple long-term shamanic teacher trainings and mentorships. my studies have included traditional and contemporary reiki, shamanic healing, ceremony, energy medicine, ancestral healing, spirit work, divination, and sacred practice.
with gratitude, I honor my human teachers, including francis rico, joann pun, nan moss, david corbin, daniel foor, laurelle gaia, sandra ingerman, nicki scully, hyakuten inamoto sensei, and serge kahili king. I hold equal reverence for my helping spirits, ancestral teachers, the bright and well ones, the natural world, and the cherished friends and fellow practitioners who have shaped my life and work.
my learning is ongoing – after all these years, the mystery keeps surprising me.
theory of practice
I believe every woman carries her own wisdom, beauty, strength, personal power, and sacred way of belonging to the world – my role isn’t to tell you who you should become, or fit you into a healing formula.
I listen deeply.
I listen to the woman before me, the movement of energy, the spirits, and what quietly asks to emerge. our work is collaborative, intuitive, grounded, relational, and deeply individual.
no two sessions are alike because no two women, lives, dreams, or moments are alike.
I bring a big basket of healing tools gathered through decades of practice. we begin where you are and discover what serves you best together. sometimes the work is quiet, powerful, or surprising – often, we laugh a lot.
the mystery is welcome here. so are discernment, choice, laughter, questions, and ordinary waking life.

a living practice
my work has never remained still.

after twenty-five years, I still feel wonder when something beautiful arrives that neither of us could have planned – that wonder is what roots my ongoing devotion to this work.
