Integrity Agreement

The following terms & conditions apply to all circles, classes, sessions, and events:

I agree to show up on time every time, and be sober, respectful, well-groomed, prepared, and fully present.
I agree to take care of myself by not joining circles or sessions if I’m ill or otherwise compromised.
I agree to speak with lovingkindness and respect, and speak my needs clearly, articulately, and honorably.
I agree to honor the stated purpose of group circles and events, and not promote other beliefs or agendas.
I agree to be respectful of what I hear in circle or class, and to speak at all times with integrity and gentleness.
I’m ready and committed to my wellness, and am responsible for my own experience.

I understand that all payments for classes, sessions, and events are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
I understand that once I make a commitment to a class, session, or event, I am responsible for full payment, without exception.
I understand that I can apply for partial scholarship, and that Anna will consult her helping spirits to accept scholarship applications.

I understand that The Dreaming Otter takes pictures and videos at in-person and online classes and events.
By attending a Dreaming Otter class or event, I agree that my image, voice, and name can be used online.
I understand that The Dreaming Otter uses pictures and videos of classes and events for marketing purposes.
I agree that my image, voice, and name can be used for marketing future Dreaming Otter courses, sold and distributed both online and in-person.

I understand that classes, events, and circles are for educational purposes only, and that personal healing is to be attended to outside of group offerings, and in individual healing sessions.
I understand that individual sessions with Anna are available to help support my healing process.
I’m ready and committed to my wellness, and am responsible for my own experience.

I understand that Anna Dorian is not a licensed physician, nor is she licensed by the state of CA as a healing arts practitioner.
I understand that all sessions and workshops are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state, and sessions and workshops provided are not licensed by the state.
I’ve read about Anna’s training and qualifications online, and understand what a session or workshop entails.
I understand that my agreement to these statements will be emailed to me on signing up for a session or workshop, and will be kept on file for 3 years, as per SB-577.

I understand that Anna and The Dreaming Otter believe that working with spirit and healing energy is for everyone, including folks with diverse abilities, and that Anna has shared this page about her ongoing efforts to make this site accessible.
I understand that text color contrast ratios have been prepared using the HEX/RGB values of this site’s color palette, and know that Anna cannot guarantee that monitors/screens using other color models (such as HSL, HSV or HSB) will adequately output color to meet contrast guidelines. I also understand that not all computer monitors/screens can simulate true color tone due to the physical limitation of resolution, brightness and contrast ratio, alongside many other factors that may impact color perception.
I know that if I’m experiencing difficulty navigating this site, I can contact Anna using her contact form here so she can lend a helping hand. I understand that Anna welcomes kind feedback on how she can improve this website’s accessibility. I also understand that The Dreaming Otter cannot and does not make any representation or warranty that third-party content or third-party websites to provided links will be accessible for my purposes.

I understand that classes, sessions, and events are purely for my own self-growth and personal development. I understand that Anna Dorian is not a licensed physician, does not diagnose conditions, nor does she prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional, and is not licensed by the state of California. I understand that energy healing is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.
Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Anna Dorian from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s) or class(es).
I understand that Anna Dorian and The Dreaming Otter are providing healing arts courses and healing for me at my request, and are not responsible for the outcome of classes, sessions, events, or teachings in any way or on any level. I agree to hold Anna Dorian and The Dreaming Otter harmless.

I understand that Anna Dorian reserves the right to perform diagnostic with her helping spirits for every Dreaming Otter event, session, and class to assess good energetic fit for everyone involved. In rare cases, Anna may ask people to see a healing specialist for energetic clearing before attending a class, or refer people to other healing teachers.
I understand that Anna Dorian and The Dreaming Otter reserve the right to cancel any sessions, classes, events, or the participation of anyone at any time for any reason. In such a case, fees paid in advance will be refunded.
