this month, in service to being ‘rooted and quietly radiant,’ we’ll journey to our helping spirits and receive a new practice that’s completely specific to each of us.
this helps us recalibrate our energy, so we can move through change and our evolving times with grace.

please come prepared with journal and tea. if you’re new to this work, you’ll receive a simple ‘how to journey’ guide when you sign up that includes a drumming track for quick practice before circle. the women are warm and lovely – see you soon!
