for over two decades, I’ve held space for women in sessions, classes, retreats, and ceremony. it’s been a deep joy, engaging this work over the years, though my heart delights in small circles and threshold moments.
the heart of my work: I help visionary, eclectic women find their own versions of a magical life through spirit, ceremony, and healing.
past projects have included offering energy healing to horses, founding long-standing community healing clinics and retreats, teaching energy healing to unhoused youth, hosting medicine elders from siberia, peru, and australia, and speaking at global symposia.

I’m an avid bibliophile, quilter, devotee to cats, artist, lagoon enthusiast, and lifelong student of the oracle. my travels have taken me to glaciers and jungle ruins, and into wondrous encounters with wild creatures.
