ENERGY HEALING FOR YOUR TOOL BASKET
once you learn how to talk directly with your spirit helpers (here), it’s time to refine your understanding of what causes flow or difficulty in a human life, and how to move unseen energy so you and your clients can be happy, feel loved, and live with purpose.
learn how to perform basic energy clearing, ‘filling in’ healings, and create effective ceremonies
whether you’re starting out as a healer or have been in practice for some time, it’s vital to be able to shift underlying energy dynamics, because they affect every kind of well-being.
this is really important to understand:
all the energy healing in the world can only get so far, without practical 3D action.
all the practical 3D actions can only do so much, if powerful unseen dynamics go untended.
in this course, we explore the energetic part of the healing conversation, so healing can happen.
‘SMALL BUT OFTEN’ FORMAT
gone are the days where we have to do (or have bandwidth for) long intensives that feel hard, or take a ton of time and energy.
learning healing skills can be fun and sweet…and strong and effective.
this class is ‘small but often’ (so the work is accessible and fun). we meet for 6 weeks for a short hour and a half, in the company of kind humans doing good work.
WHAT YOU LEARN
week 1: foundations & lower worlds
build friendship with your main spirit helper in short daily journeys (prompts provided)
adventures in the lower worlds, start mapping them, and meet your healing sanctuary
homework: intentional time in nature
week 2: welcoming light & upper worlds
quest for a healing specialist in the upper worlds and meet your ‘higher’ self
perform a divination journey for someone, and learn how to deliver it with grace
homework: retrieve a unique way to boost your ‘spiritual immune system’
week 3: clearing (the basics)
meet a clearing specialist helper, and learn what energies you’ve been carrying around
visit a healing temple with your specialist, and unburden yourself of what doesn’t belong
homework: clear your physical and energetic space
week 4: filling in (the basics)
work with your main helper & specialist, and receive a direct healing transmission to ‘fill up’
perform a healing for someone in circle, fill them with light, and deliver a beautiful healing story
homework: find a new (to you) healing modality…go receive it
week 5: your planetary purpose
convene a ‘healing counsel’ with the 4 helping spirits you’ve met so far in a special setting
explore your life path and purpose, and how aligned you are (or aren’t) with it
homework: perform healings on your ‘life story’ itself, in the context of purpose
week 6: ceremony & weaving it all together
learn what ceremony is, and how to ‘put yourself out’ and change the shape of creation
work with your spirits and create a unique ceremony to align with and embody your purpose
homework: perform your ceremony, and allow it to change you. celebrate yourself!
CIRCLE FORMAT
this is a live online circle. part of what makes this experience special is that…you’re in it.
with regular journey practice, happy miracles and positive shifts start to happen in our lives.
each person brings something unique and wonderful. everyone misses you if you can’t make one of our gatherings – at them, we learn from each other, and become friends. ours is a high vibration space with positive, loving people who want to share, laugh, and practice together.
I have two superpowers. one of them is cohesing groups very swiftly, where we’re easy together, and feel like old friends. (fun fact: one of my small reiki graduate circles has been meeting monthly since…2004!) second superpower? oh, the suspense! (grin)

tuition for the 6 week course is $575
maximum 6 students per class cohort
we gather once a week via zoom, for an hour and a half
we share one healing we’ve done a week, in a simple doc (no social media)
we do sweet homeworks, that are more than they appear
knowing the fundamentals of clearing and inviting energy, understanding more about your purpose planetside, and how to create ceremonies to change the shape of creation supports every area of your life and work. no matter what work you do…or dream of doing.
